About me
Therapy that meets you where you are.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults. I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, without needing to have everything figured out.
My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, grounded in psychodynamic therapy while integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and mindfulness. This means we explore underlying patterns and experiences while also focusing on practical tools that help you navigate daily life in a way that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are.
I have worked across private practice, outpatient mental health, and school-based settings, supporting individuals with anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, and developmental concerns. I pay close attention to how each person experiences and processes the world, and I tailor therapy in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and sustainable.
I believe therapy should move at your pace. Whether you are new to therapy or returning to it, I aim to provide a steady, thoughtful space where meaningful change can unfold over time.
