About me

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Portrait of Lea Marie

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults. I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, without needing to have everything figured out.

My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, grounded in psychodynamic therapy while integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and mindfulness. This means we explore underlying patterns and experiences while also focusing on practical tools that help you navigate daily life in a way that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are.

I have worked across private practice, outpatient mental health, and school-based settings, supporting individuals with anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, and developmental concerns. I pay close attention to how each person experiences and processes the world, and I tailor therapy in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and sustainable.

I believe therapy should move at your pace. Whether you are new to therapy or returning to it, I aim to provide a steady, thoughtful space where meaningful change can unfold over time.

How I work

My approach is collaborative, cultural-sensitive, insight-oriented, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to support both deeper understanding and practical day-to-day change.

Who I support

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, relational challenges, and developmental concerns.

Therapy is tailored to each person in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and sustainable.
