How I Can Help
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and turn inward. Together, we make room for what has been pushed aside, gently exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Over time, this work supports a deeper sense of clarity, balance, and connection to yourself.
Relationships often carry both deep connection and recurring strain. In couples therapy, I offer a steady space where each partner can feel heard and understood. We work toward greater awareness, more thoughtful communication, and a way of relating that feels more grounded, supportive, and aligned.
