How I Can Help
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and turn inward. Together, we make room for what has been pushed aside, gently exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Over time, this work supports a deeper sense of clarity, balance, and connection to yourself.
Relationships often carry both deep connection and recurring strain. In couples therapy, I offer a steady space where each partner can feel heard and understood. We work toward greater awareness, more thoughtful communication, and a way of relating that feels more grounded, supportive, and aligned.
Children and teens often need a space where they can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them. I provide a calm, supportive environment to help them navigate emotions, social challenges, and transitions. I also work closely with parents to create a sense of understanding and continuity beyond the therapy room.
For some, stepping outside the traditional office setting can feel more easeful. Therapy in nature allows for movement, reflection, and conversation in a more open and grounding environment. Being outdoors often supports a sense of calm and clarity, while still allowing for meaningful therapeutic work.
